WHO WE HELP

You belong here.

🏳️‍⚧️ LGBTQIA+ Individuals

Transpire Help was created specifically to serve LGBTQIA+ people — including transgender, nonbinary, queer, and gender diverse individuals. You deserve affirming care.

💊 People Seeking Recovery Support

Whether you are considering treatment for the first time, returning after a relapse, or looking for sober housing and continued support — we are here to help.

🌟 People Facing Barriers to Care

No insurance, no money, no transportation, past bad experiences with providers — these are the exact barriers we exist to help you navigate. Reach out.

👪 Family Members & Loved Ones

If you are reaching out on behalf of someone you love, we welcome that too. We can help you understand options and figure out how to support the person in your life.

Types of Support We Can Help You Access

Not sure which option applies to you? That’s okay — you can check more than one, or simply describe what you need in your own words. Here is what each option means.

💊 Substance Use Treatment Resources

Help finding LGBTQIA+-affirming detox, residential, PHP, IOP, or outpatient treatment programs. We may be able to help identify financial assistance, funding opportunities, or other resources that reduce barriers to treatment.

🩹 Mental Health Support

Connections to affirming therapists, counselors, and behavioral health services that understand and respect LGBTQIA+ identities and experiences.

🏠 Housing & Sober Living

Referrals to LGBTQ-safe sober living homes, affirming housing programs, and help with housing costs for people in or exiting treatment.

🏳️‍⚧️ Gender-Affirming Support

Access to gender-affirming clothing, grooming support, name change assistance, and connections to providers who understand transgender and nonbinary experiences.

🤝 Community Resources & Support Groups

Connection to LGBTQIA+ community programs, peer support groups, the Gender Diversity Support Group, and affirming organizations that can provide ongoing support.

🚌 Transportation & Stabilizing Resources

Help with transportation to treatment, medical appointments, or support programs. Also assistance with medications, essentials, and other stabilizing needs during early recovery.

❓ Not Sure / Something Else

You don’t need to have a specific category in mind. Select “Other” or describe your situation in your own words in the message field. We will figure out the right next step together.
